Do I need to book my cruise in advance?

Accepted Answer

Although you can also buy cruise tickets in person at our office on Dvořákovo nábřeží, we recommend booking your cruise in advance through our online reservation system. By booking you not only get a guaranteed seat, but also a 10% discount on the cruise price when paying online.

Can I reserve a specific seat or table on the boat?

Accepted Answer

No, reserving a specific seat or table is not possible. The exception is the Crystal Dinner and Dinner Cruise, where you can choose the section in which you'd like to sit. We can reserve a private table (without choosing its location) when you buy 4 or more tickets for any dining cruise.

Do you offer discounts for children, students or seniors?

For every cruise you can buy a cheaper child ticket for children aged 3 to 11. Children under 3 sail free of charge. We currently do not offer a discount for students and seniors.

When should I arrive for check-in?

Accepted Answer

We recommend arriving for check-in 20–30 minutes before departure. Check-in takes place at the ticket window on pier no. 3. Check-in closes 10 minutes before the cruise starts. You need to board the boat no later than 5 minutes before departure.

Where is the boarding location?

Accepted Answer

Before each cruise you must first check in at the ticket window on Pier 3 (Dvořák Embankment under Čech Bridge). At check-in you'll receive boarding instructions. Check-in closes 10 minutes before departure. You need to be on board at least 5 minutes before departure. All our boats sail from Dvořák Embankment, no more than a 3-minute slow walk from the check-in point.

Question 6

I don't have my e-ticket printed. Is the payment confirmation on my phone enough?

Accepted Answer

Yes, just show the e-ticket on your phone at check-in (ticket window on Pier 3) and we'll print you a boarding ticket on the spot.

Which boat will I sail on?

We guarantee a specific type of boat only for selected cruises.
