Žluté Lázně

Prague's Žluté Lázně ("Yellow Baths") is an outdoor multifunctional sports complex that uses the natural location on the right bank of the Vltava at Podolí Embankment, just before Rowers' Island. On 3.5 ha there are various sports facilities for all age groups and a range of restaurants and bars.

Children find entertainment on one of Prague's largest playgrounds. They also have a small pool and a paddling pool. In summer, various programmes for kids run here — small theatres, workshops and even day camps.

Adult visitors can play many sports at Žluté Lázně, such as cage football, pétanque, beach volleyball, table tennis, footvolley, or even outdoor chess; or they can try indoboard and slackline.

In the warm summer months you can swim in the Vltava and even rent a boat or pedal boat. In-line skates and scooters are also available for hire and visitors can use them on the adjacent cycle path.

Žluté Lázně, like many other areas near the Vltava, survived the devastating flood of 2002, which damaged it heavily. In 2005 it underwent extensive reconstruction and now operates as a modern sports and relaxation centre.

You can sail to Žluté Lázně aboard our boats and steamboats. Just join us for example on the Prague Grand Cruise, the lunch cruise or the dinner cruise.
